If you're not totally jazzed with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items. Items returned to us that have been clearly worn or used are not eligible for a refund.

We do not offer prepaid shipping labels for returns. However, if you make an exchange, we will ship the new items back to you at our expense.

Traditional pants sizing has very little correlation to actual waist size because of manufacturing differences, materials, wearer fit preference, age of the pants, and stretch/wash.* For this reason, we recommend that you measure yourself prior to buying a NOVA. This yields the most accurate result and the fewest headaches.

To measure yourself, grab a flexible tape measure or a piece of string. If you're going to wear a holster inside-the-waistband, go ahead and put it on before measuring. Then run the tape around your waist at your belt loops (or run a string through, mark it, and measure the final length on a traditional tape measure). Add 1" to this measurement, and that's your size.

What if you end up between measurements? Select the larger size. All the NOVAs have about 5" of play, so getting a larger size will rarely be a problem.

Example case: You wear a size 32 pants. This is absolutely irrelevant, so let's keep moving. You measure your waist, with a holster on, and discover that your actual waist is 38". Add 1", which gets you to 39", and then (because you're between size 37 and 40), buy a size 40" belt.

*For instance, two of us wear the "same size" pants, from the same jean company and in the same style. 29x32. However, one of us has a waist that measures 31", while the other has a waist that is close to 36".

We strive to create quality products. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of the gear we make. If your item breaks, falls apart, or fails due to defects in workmanship or material, just let us know and we'll replace it free of charge.
